Cody Fowler Davis
Cody Fowler Davis is one of the few lawyers to be board-certified by the Florida Bar in both civil trial law and business litigation. Cody went on to receive a board certification by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Boston in the area of civil trial advocacy. He also is a certified circuit court mediator and federal court mediator.
Cody has been lead counsel in jury trials in federal and circuit courts in the following Florida counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota, Orange, Duval, Highlands and Sumter. He has received numerous honors and awards, including the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and listing in both the Florida and Corporate Counsel editions of Super Lawyers. Cody is AV-rated, the highest designation under Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating system.*
Cody is the author of two legal thrillers: "Green 61" and "Implied Consent." He has outlined a third novel, but has been a little too busy with his law practice to write it.

Jonathan Brozyna
Before joining the Cody Fowler Davis firm, Jonathan Brozyna was an attorney with the respected Tampa civil defense firm of Mandelbaum, Fitzsimmons & Hewitt. Jonathan successfully tried numerous civil jury trials early in his legal career.
Having worked for large insurance companies for several years, Jonathan understands how insurance companies evaluate personal injury cases. He now desires to put that knowledge to work for individuals who have suffered serious personal injuries at the hands of someone else's negligent conduct. Jonathan is also fluent in French.

DILLON BROZYNA
Dillon Brozyna attended the University of South Florida in 2004- 2006 where he was a member of the University's Division I Men's Tennis Team. Thereafter, Dillon transferred to Florida State University where he graduated Cum Laude in 2008, earning his B.A. in Political Science. In 2011, Dillon recevied his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida State University College of Law.
While attending Law School in Tallahassee, Dillon enrolled in a civil externship where he participated in client interviews and legal proceedings on behalf of the Leon County Attorney's Office. During the Summer and Winter breaks of 2010, Dillon was a law clerk at CODY FOWLER DAVIS TRIAL ATTORNEYS, P.A., where he was given the opportunity to conduct extensive legal research and draft Memorandums of Law.
